At Mindevr, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your HeroID™ Wallet isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
-
In original packaging
-
With all accessories included
-
With proof of purchase
Important:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email us at mindevrr@gmail.com to request a return.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

This is the postage fee you pay when sending the product back.

In addition, a return processing fee of 49 SEK (€4.99) will be deducted from your refund.

These two costs are separate.
The return fee does not apply if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following the process above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can fix the issue promptly.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it was approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing usually takes up to 10 business days

Your bank or card provider may require additional time
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Personalized or custom items

Used or worn items

Hygiene-sensitive items
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you live in an EU country, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Products must still meet our return conditions.
The 49 SEK (€4.99) return fee applies unless the item is defective or incorrect.
